EM&S is a consolidated organization managing outsourced Sanofi Medley products, which operates in each region through virtual sites ensuring optimal proximity with CMOs.

We extend Industrial Sanofi Limits, in both, installed capacity and technologies guaranteeing successful and sustainable results in terms of Quality & Regulatory compliance, Customer Service and Cost, through strong tactical principles and following internal compliance guidance
To succeed in this place, the Supply Chain Senior Analyst will need to understand the dynamics between internal activities/results (MEDLEY) and share in a simple and clear way to our third-party partners, so that all our products are managed with excellence and meet the needs of our customers, have communication skills because they will have a strong relationship with our CMOs (External Partners), as well as other areas, such as commercial, quality, supply. Additionally, we expect strong ability to raise points for improvement, act proactively and constantly search for solutions resulting in the best experience for the areas with which it relates, helping them to focus on their other missions, providing answers and solving problems in advance, exceeding expectations.
Main responsibilities
- Supply Chain focal point for issues related to products produced in third parties FOR Medley Portfolio;
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring adequate stock levels in accordance with the current policy, avoiding situations of product rupture or excess inventory.
- Placement of purchase orders with suppliers, as required by the Supply Chain tool or manual requirement;
- Monitor the fulfillment of deliveries through constant monitoring with suppliers, to ensure deliveries within the defined deadlines and quantities.
- Ensure that CMOs comply with the clauses defined in the contract.
- Develop and monitor action plans together with the areas involved to reduce/eliminate the destruction of products and materials with low shelf life.
- Monitoring of activities related to New Product Launches, collaborating to make them happen on time;
- Follow the stock and service level policy established by Sanofi, respecting the production capacity and batch size informed by the manufacturers, in order to make the products available in the necessary time and quantity.
- Assist in the identification of opportunities to reduce and/or increase production lots through technical and feasibility studies, in order to obtain more productivity, profitability and cost reduction. in addition to other improvement initiatives
- Assist in the periodic review of the S.L. A. (Service Level Agreement), analyzing the behavior of local demand in the last semester, ensuring the correct MOQ (minimum order quantity), manufacturing lead time, minimum validity in each order and other items of the contract
- Manage and monitor the product in all links of the chain through meetings and follow-up with departments such as quality assurance, quality control, plant logistics, warehousing, Comex due to imported products and with third parties, in order to ensure the availability of the product for revenues and sales, in case of rupture/shortage caused and mapped due to Quality problem inform as soon as possible to the Quality team to scale it globally.
- Monitor and measure the level of service provided by third parties in relation to the date requested for the delivery of the products, comparing them through a report prepared and informed monthly, so that we can evaluate their performance, identify possible problems, penalties and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform the monitoring of the exchange of arts between the CMO and the activities assigned to the Supply Chain team in Vista to ensure the correct use of the arts according to the regulation or technical information.

- Maintain knowledge and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
- Comply with and promote Sanofi's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the objective of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees and reducing the environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.
- Support Sanofi's Diversity and Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure that all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities.
About you
Experience
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
- Ability with a CMOs management is a plus.
- Experience on leading some projects of ERP or Supply process.
- Experience with SAP and advanced data analysis tools. Kinaxis is a plus

Education: Graduated in Administration, Engineering, Logistics.
Languages:
- Fluent Portuguese
- Intermediate to Advanced English
