Como Analista de Laboratório Junior no setor de Controle de Qualidade, onde somos responsáveis pela realização das análises de liberação de produtos acabados, matérias-primas, materiais de embalagem e condução de estudos de estabilidade, em cumprimento as Boas Práticas de Fabricação e legislações.
Principais responsabilidades:
Responsável por realizar análises físico-químicas e microbiológicas, visando checar a conformidade dos materiais e produtos em relação às especificações metodológicas e aos estudos de estabilidade, bem como auxiliar nas atividades administrativas do Controle de Qualidade e ainda ministrar treinamentos Operacionais Padrão a fim de uniformizar as informações e os conhecimentos entre os analistas
- Analisar matérias-primas, água e produtos semiacabados e acabados, seguindo métodos analíticos, Procedimentos Operacionais Padrões e técnicas específicas, a fim de garantir a veracidade dos resultados em comparação aos padrões pré-estabelecidos;
- Analisar amostras de Estudos de Estabilidade, Validação de Limpeza, Validação de Processo, Padronizações a fim de garantir a veracidade dos resultados em comparação aos padrões pré-estabelecidos;
- Contribuir para as condições ideais de funcionamentos dos equipamentos/instrumentos, através do acompanhamento e suporte na validação dos mesmos;
- Contribuição nas investigações de resultados analíticos fora da especificação ou desvios identificados no laboratório para identificação da causa raiz e na determinação de medidas preventivas/corretivas, a fim de evitar sua recorrência;
- Realizar a programação diária de matérias-primas e produtos atendendo os prazos indicados pelo Planejamento e realizando a correta distribuição das análises entre os analistas.
- Assegurar que os parâmetros de qualidade estabelecidos para produto ou processo sejam empregados, exercendo as atividades de acordo com as Boas Práticas de Fabricação;
- Cumprir com os Procedimentos Operacionais Padrões pertinentes ao cargo, incluindo todos os registros necessários para rastreabilidade do processo.
− Cumprir com a Política de HSE, atendendo com rigor as normas e procedimentos em todas as suas atividades; identificar e corrigir condições ou comportamentos inseguros, comunicando imediatamente qualquer situação de risco, bem como atuar de forma preventiva e pro ativa, preservando assim o Meio Ambiente, a Saúde, a Segurança das pessoas e o patrimônio da empresa.
− Respeitar e praticar com rigor as Políticas de Qualidade e procedimentos operacionais em todas as suas atividades, identificando e corrigindo condições de risco de qualidade, comunicando, imediatamente, qualquer situação de potencial de risco de qualidade, preservando, assim, a saúde dos consumidores e imagem da empresa.

- Formação acadêmica:Superior Completo em Farmácia.
- Línguas: Inglês básico
