Join our Digital Patient Experience Analytics team and help transform how patients navigate our support programs and digital touchpoints. In this role, you’ll leverage data, SQL, and process mining techniques to understand patient journeys, uncover bottlenecks, and provide insights that improve access to therapy and enhance overall patient experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets using SQL to answer business questions and support patient journey analytics.

  • Support process mining and mapping of patient workflows (e.g., from prescription to treatment start) to identify delays and friction points.

  • Build and maintain datasets, reports, and visualizations for key KPIs and funnels.

  • Translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical requirements and present insights in a simple, structured way.

  • Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field at an accredited college oruniversitywiththe expectation that you will complete yourcurrent degreebytheSpring of 2027

  • Must be enrolled in an accreditedcollege or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship

  • Must be able torelocateto the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op/internship

  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship

  • Experience with SQL (joins, aggregations, filters; bonus for window functions)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data tools such as Excel, Python/R, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

  • Interests in process mining, diagnostic analytics, workflow analysis, and/ or journey analytics

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Curiosity about healthcare, digital health, or patient support programs
