Team Coordinator - VIE Contract
- Location: Hungary, Budapest
- Target start date: 01/11/2026
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job
As Team Coordinator VIE within our R&D Budapest team, you’ll provide coordination and organizational support across three main areas: Continuous Improvement, Excellence & Transformation team activities, and selected R&D Tower Budapest events and logistics.
The primary focus of the role is to support the Continuous Improvement agenda by coordinating CI Champion activities, organizing CI meetings and kick-offs, collecting inputs, supporting follow-up actions, and contributing to the smooth execution of the annual CI plan. In addition, the role supports the Excellence & Transformation teams with event organization, logistics, team coordination, and selected administrative tasks. On an occasional basis, the role may also support the Head of R&D Tower Budapest with event logistics, meeting organization, and related operational coordination.
Over time, the role is expected to become an active member of the CI workstream team, contributing to CI methodology development, onboarding, training coordination, and transversal workstream activities.

Main responsibilities:
- Supports the Head of Excellence & Transformation in coordinating the annual Continuous Improvement plan across R&D Tower Budapest.
- Coordinates CI Champion activities, including meeting organization, kick-offs, follow-ups, input collection, and action tracking.
- Supports the preparation and coordination of CI cycles, including planning discussions, Progress checkpoints, and closing sessions.
- Collects inputs from CI Champions and relevant stakeholders, consolidates feedback, and proposes practical improvements to strengthen CI ways of working.
- Supports the organization of CI-related trainings, onboarding sessions, workshops, and community events.
- Supports communication and engagement around CI initiatives, ensuring that key messages, timelines, and expectations are clearly shared with the relevant stakeholders.
- Provides coordination and logistical support to the Excellence & Transformation teams across R&D Tower Budapest.
- Supports the organization of team events, workshops, visits, leadership meetings, and community sessions.
- Assists with the preparation of presentations, reports, meeting materials, summaries, and follow-up documentation as needed.
- Supports selected operational and administrative tasks, while ensuring that the role remains primarily focused on coordination and CI support rather than heavy administration.
- Provides occasional coordination support to the Head of R&D Tower Budapest in relation to key events, visits, meetings, and leadership activities.
- Coordinates selected invoicing or vendor-related administrative steps when required for events or team activities.
- Works closely with other administrative and support teams to ensure efficient execution of R&D Tower Budapest events and transversal activities.
- Supports newcomer onboarding coordination where linked to Excellence, Transformation, CI, or team-level activities.
About you
Experience:
- A background connected to pharma, healthcare, operations, coordination, project support, or Lean/Continuous Improvement is considered an advantage.
- Additional exposure to Continuous Improvement, process management, Power BI, project coordination, or digital tools is an advantage.
Soft and technical skills:
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset in all interactions.
- Ability to work with trackers, meeting materials, action logs, and basic reporting documents, interest in Continuous Improvement, process thinking, data visualization, and digital ways of working.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders and teams.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, reliable, proactive, and structured working style.
- Ability to collect inputs, consolidate information, and follow up on actions.
- Stakeholder-focused mindset with good coordination skills.
- Empathy, engagement, and ability to build trust with CI Champions and team members.
- Comfortable supporting transversal activities across different teams and functions.
- Openness to learn and grow into CI methodology, training coordination, onboarding support, Power BI-based reporting, and workstream coordination.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is an advantage, with openness to further develop reporting and dashboard-related skills.
Education:
- Master’s Degree ideally in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, business administration, or another relevant field.
Languages:
- Advanced English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
