In Business Operation Transformation, Data and Analytics team plays a support role in transformation and participate to be a data driven company. Our mission is to define, develop, configure and maintain Data programs using a platform based on standards technologies & tools. We are seeking a Data Steward for Finance to join our team and participate to the journey. As part of Master Data Management team, you will have responsibility over areas such as data quality, data governance, master data management, information strategy, KPIs. You will remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. You will be involved in compliance processes ensuring trustability of data.

Main responsibilities:

• Promote and apply governance principles to Business Operations perimeter

• Define global data quality / catalog classification rules

• Support and initiate improvements to analyze ERP systems for data collection with Data Domain Owners and Stewards

• Ensure application of compliance and secutiy (data privacy, access)

• Organize training sessions to promote Governance principles

• Communicate effectively with management and outside stakeholders

• Participate on documentations to help on compliance (SOX, GxP)

• Review and update consistency of master data management practices across all domains

About you:

Experience:

• 5+ years of business experience, ideally in master data management and shared service environment, information or IT management, experience in MDM Regulated SoX & GxP projects is a plus

Soft skills:

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a Global Team environment

• Team spirit mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Technical skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Economics, Engineering or related field

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence

• Solid understanding of SAP

• Strong Experience with Data management (Snowflake, SQL, Informatica)

• Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries

Languages: English is a must
