Main responsibilities:
- Inventory file follow up / cooperation with WH
- Preparation of promo material delivery
- Preparation and follow up of complex database
- Cost follow up
- Congress cost planning and follow up
- Preparation of rep triggered mail and HQ mail, in SFMC
- Use of AI tools (Assemblr, HotPress, Transcrb)
- Slide show preparation
- Cooperation with agencies during the promo material preparation
- Promo material upload in PromoMats and reference set up in PromoMats
- Template creation in PromoMats for 1CRM use
- Translation of materials (article, text)
- Administration
- Assisting the work of sales representatives
- PO creation
- Contract administration and orders
- Vendor update or creation
- Administration of congress and events in Veeva/1CRM
- Check the needed attached elements of events in 1CRM (in-house control)
About you
Experience:
- Ongoing university studies (active student status)
- Min. 30–40-hour availability/week
Soft and technical skills:
- Communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas and information, both verbally and in writing
- Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Adaptability: Being flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-Solving: Identifying issues and developing creative solutions
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
- Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Confident MS Office skills
Languages:
- Excellent Hungarian and English knowledge
