The A2R GPO team is responsible for driving global process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement across Sanofi's Accounting to Reporting landscape, ensuring consistent, high-quality financial data and processes worldwide.
Main responsibilities:
Support the GPO team by preparing documents, presentations, and reports
Consolidate data from multiple sources to support process and performance reporting
Assist in projects related to data harmonization across regions and systems
Contribute to data cleanup initiatives to improve data quality and consistency
Support ad hoc operational and reporting activities as needed by the team
Collaborate with team members across different geographies and functions
Help maintain documentation and trackers related to ongoing GPO projects
About you
Experience:
Currently enrolled in a relevant university program (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field), with active hungarian student status
Min.20/40-hour availability/week
Soft and technical skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or other data tools is a plus
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in an international environment
Team player with good communication skills
Languages: Good command of English (written and spoken)
