As a groundbreaking biologic therapy, Dupixent has demonstrated remarkable efficacy across multiple indications, including moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis, and other Type 2 inflammatory conditions. We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Lead for Dupixent to drive the strategic growth and commercial excellence of this transformative therapy in the Romanian market. This pivotal leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of immunology care in Romania while leading a high-performing team dedicated to bringing innovative treatment options to patients and healthcare professionals.

Main responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team responsible for the Dupixent portfolio across Romania

• Set clear objectives, monitor performance metrics, and drive accountability

• Deliver ambitious sales targets and drive sustainable top-line growth for the franchise

• Implement Go to Market transformation initiatives to optimize commercial effectiveness

• Develop and execute strategic commercial plans aligned with business objectives

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, payers, and patient organizations

• Manage commercial budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation

• Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities

• Ensure all commercial activities comply with local regulations, industry codes, and Sanofi's ethical standards

• Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential

• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and regulatory teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA or advance degree preferred

• Previous leadership experience managing commercial teams of 5+ people

• Proven track record in immunology, dermatology, respiratory, ENT or specialty care products

• Demonstrated success in launching and growing specialty pharmaceutical products

• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities with ability to inspire and develop talent

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with data-driven decision-making approach

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in Romanian and English

• Strong business acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility

• Proven ability to work in matrix organizations and influence without authority

• Results-oriented mindset with focus on delivering measurable outcomes
