As People Services Generalist within our Bogotá Hub, you'll support the execution of People Lifecycle (PLC) processes across the Americas, delivering a best-in-class service experience in onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee support while ensuring compliance with local legal frameworks and Sanofi's corporate policies.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end People Lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes, ensuring compliance with mandatory internal controls and local legal frameworks

  • Manage benefits programs including billing reconciliation for prepaid medicine, life insurance, and food vouchers, ensuring accurate and timely processing

  • Provide employee support and advice on core People Services topics through the case management platform, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements

  • Maintain accurate personnel data files in digital and physical formats, ensuring data quality and integrity across HR systems

  • Support Workday system implementations, testing, and mass data uploads (EIB), maintaining up-to-date SharePoint documentation

  • Generate reporting from the People Services core model and support internal, global, and governmental audits with required compliance documentation

  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects, simplifying processes and challenging the status quo

About you

  • Experience: Progressive experience in People Services, HR operations, or HR support roles. Proven experience supporting end-to-end People Lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration. Experience with payroll coordination, employee data management, and compliance processes. Familiarity with compliance documentation and internal control procedures. Experience supporting audits and maintaining compliance records.

  • Soft skills: Customer service orientation with strong employee experience focus. Effective and assertive communicator across all levels. Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data management and compliance. Analytical problem-solving approach. Adaptable to dynamic, evolving environments. Collaborative team player.

  • Technical skills: Workday HCM or similar HR platforms (hands-on experience). HR case management platforms (ServiceNow, OneSupport). Microsoft Office Suite (Excel intermediate, Word, PowerPoint). Basic data analysis and reporting. Process documentation and standard operating procedures. Data analytics and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Excel Advanced) is a plus.

  • Industry background: Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries with compliance-driven HR environments is preferred. Understanding of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll coordination. Familiarity with data management and basic HR analytics.

  • Languages: Advanced English (C1 - mandatory), Native/Advanced Spanish (C1), and Portuguese (preferred)
