About the job


As Junior Brand Specialist VIE within our team, you will play an operational and strategic role in executing our Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) growth strategy.

Our department is responsible for the strategic marketing and commercialization of Dupixent in Germany, with a specific focus on Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP) and Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). We drive brand growth through integrated marketing campaigns, healthcare professional (HCP) education, field force enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the development of sales argumentation and sales force material in German language.
  • Interaction with Marketing agency for creation of material.
  • Preparation of presentations for sales force.
  • Monitor the sales activities and product performance on the market.
  • Support the planning and conduction of congresses and continuing medical education events in cross-functional collaboration with the medical department.
  • Operative support of daily routine (meeting preparation, interaction with agencies).

About you

Experience:

  • Prior internship or working experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing, brand management, or commercial operations.
  • Experience in project management or campaign coordination.
  • Exposure to digital marketing, analytics.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, or medical affairs is advantageous.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.

Education:

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, project management, or pharmaceutical industry knowledge are advantageous.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Fluent German (B2 level).
