Unser Team:
Wir sind das junge und motivierte Team “New Immunology Pipeline” und betreuen die Eigenentwicklungen in der Sanofi-Pipeline der Indikationsbereiche Dermatology, Respiratory, Gastroenterology und Rheumatology. Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeiten liegt in 2025 in der Respiratory und auf Amlitelimab.
Wir suchen für unser Team erfahrene und ambitionierte Außendienstmitarbeiter*innen für die Gebiete Nord und Mitte. Erfahrungen im Bereich Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology sind gewünscht. Du bist im Vierer-Team mit Deinen Kolleg*innen verantwortlich für erfolgreiche Pre-Launch Aktivitäten von anspruchsvollen Produkten in der klinischen Entwicklung. Deine Aufgabe ist herausfordernd und sehr abwechslungsreich.
Hauptaufgaben:
Umfassende, medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Information/Beratung sowie Fortbildung von Fachkräften im Gesundheitswesen zu unseren in der Entwicklung befindlichen Substanzen und zugelassenen Produkten
Organisation und Koordination von medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Aktivitäten auf regionalen Veranstaltungen/ Kongressen (z. B. Sponsoring und Organisation von Symposien, Einbinden relevanter Meinungsbildner als Referenten/Vorsitzende, Referentenbriefings)
Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Durchführung regionaler Beraterkreise/Advisory Boards inklusive Selektion der Teilnehmer (Meinungsbildner), Erstellung der Agenda, Organisation und Moderation
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von wissenschaftlichen Schulungen des Außendienstes bezüglich Lerninhalten, Lernmethoden und Bereitstellung von Lernmaterialien, in Abstimmung mit den Produktteams, dem Außendienstleiter, den Regionalleitern und ggf. Head of BRM
Kontinuierliches Einholen wissenschaftlich relevanter Informationen aus lokalen/regionalen Aktivitäten und Kommunikation dieser in das Unternehmen insbesondere einer Marktbeobachtung
Unterstützung medizinischer Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Medical Managern, Medical Programs und ggf. Klinischer Forschung
Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen und Kongressen, zum Zwecke der Eigeninformation, Diskussion, Einordnung und Verwertung wissenschaftlicher Daten
Einstufung der Referenten gemäß „External Expert Grid“ und SOP, in Abstimmung mit MSL Lead
Beantwortung wissenschaftlicher Anfragen von Kunden und Außendienstmitarbeitern bezüglich Produkten, Pipelinesubstanzen und relevanten Indikationen unter Einbeziehung von Medical Information
Neben den hier aufgeführten Aufgaben ist der/die Stelleninhaber*in verpflichtet, auch andere seiner/ihrer Vorbildung und seinen/ihren Fähigkeiten entsprechende Einzelaufträge auszuführen, die dem Wesen nach zum Aufgabengebiet gehören oder betrieblich notwendig sind.

Über Dich
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung:
Erfahrungen im Bereich Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology oder Dermatology sind gewünscht
Mediziner*in, Tiermediziner*in, Apotheker*in oder Naturwissenschaftler*in mit ausgeprägtem wissenschaftlichem Hintergrund, vorzugsweise mit abgeschlossener Dissertation.
Erfahrung im direkten Umgang mit Meinungsbildnern und Kunden, z. B. im Außendienst
Gute Kenntnisse der Besonderheiten im deutschen Gesundheitswesen
Soziale Kompetenzen:
ausgeprägte Softskills, unter anderem Take the Lead Behavior, Teamfähigkeit und Offenheit
Bereitschaft zu intensiver Reisetätigkeit mit teils hoher Belastung, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
Technische Fähigkeiten / Fertigkeiten:
Sicherheit im Umgang mit iPad
Erfahrung in digitaler Kundenkommunikation, z. B. CRM Systeme, Webkonferenzen, Yammer, Zoom, approved eMails, Erstellung und Durchführung eigener, digitaler Veranstaltungen
Gute Beherrschung von Microsoft 365
Offenheit gegenüber dem Umgang mit neuen KI Modellen (PLAI, Clinical control tower, etc)
Gute Beherrschung von Microsoft 365
Sprachen
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Diskussion der Fachliteratur
