Job Summary

Provide leadership and support on all statistical matters to fulfill both local and global tasks according to the global project strategies in China

Major Duties and Responsibilities

·Assist the TA/regional lead to manage statistical resources and ensure effective resource utilization and timely and high-quality deliverables

·Ensure productive collaborations with other functions in the aligned project team and with other statistics project leaders and in communicating with senior leadership.

·Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.

·Promote teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation.

·Represents statistics in regulatory meetings

·Contribute/lead to operation process optimization and provide inputs to statistics standards

Required Education/Experience:

·PhD/MS in Statistics, Biostatistics or related field

·10+ year experience as clinical statistician in global pharmaceutical company

·Demonstrated strong project/study management, interpersonal and communication skill

·Broad knowledge and good understanding of advanced statistical concepts and techniques

·Broad experience in clinical development or post-marketing activities such a submissions, interactions with regulatory agencies or other external stakeholders

·Knowledge of regulatory requirements in China and Asia Pacific

·Experience in the relevant therapeutic area desired

·Experience to represent Sanofi in cross-company activities such a consortiums or professional associations
