Main responsibilities职责描述：

Continuous Improvement:

持续改进

l   Responsible for the continuous improvement and urgency management process (meetings, prioritization, updating indicators, data analysis, escalation, etc.) together with CI specialist if available

与持续改进专员（如有）共同负责持续改进和紧急事务管理流程（会议、优先级排序、指标更新、数据分析、问题上报等）

l   Develop continuous improvement within the sector ( standard agenda, roles and responsibilities, root cause analysis, problem- solving, etc.)

在本部门内推动持续改进工作（标准议程、职责分工、根本原因分析、问题解决等）

l   Establish process improvement action plans with other department members

与其他部门成员共同制定流程改进行动计划

l   Monitor and follow-up planned action plans

监控并跟进已制定的行动计划

l   Be a driving force in suggesting improvements within the department

l   SC Projects:

l   Act as the Supply Chain point of contact for all site projects

l   Collect the necessary elements for decision-making on Supply Chain resources to allocate to projects

l   Lead projects if they fall under the reasonability of the Supply Chain

l   Ensure performance of SC projects delivery

l   Facilitate decision making within project by providing data and information about resource allocation.

l   Project Execution and Management:

l   Leading and managing Supply Chain project, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.

l   Developing project plans, setting milestones, and tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle

制定项目计划，设定里程碑，并在整个项目生命周期内跟踪进展

l   Coordinating with various departments to allocate the necessary resources (personnel, materials, equipment) for project execution

与各部门协调，为项目执行分配所需资源（人员、物料、设备）

l   Managing project resources effectively to optimize their usage and maintain efficient project flow

有效管理项目资源，优化资源利用率，保持项目高效推进

l   Collecting relevant data to support decision-making progress within the project

收集相关数据，支持项目内部决策进程

l   Conducting data analysis to inform project adjustments and improvement as needed

l   Aware of ongoing projects (global & local) impacting site SC

解影响工厂供应链的在进行项目（全球及本地）

l   New launches:

新品上市

l   Ensure SC input for industrialization, life cycle management

确保供应链在产业化和生命周期管理中的输入

l   Ensure timely launch of new projects (SC readiness production plan, raw mat sourcing, clinical demand...)

确保新项目的及时启动（供应链就绪生产计划、原材料采购、临床需求等）

Launch & Lifecycle Management

 上市与生命周期管理

l   Ensure commercialization site readiness for new launches (new GMIDs) and lifecycle changes

确保工厂为新品上市（新GMID）和生命周期变更做好商业化准备

l   Support the timely qualification of new materials and suppliers for new launches and lifecycle changes

支持新品上市和生命周期变更所需新物料及供应商的及时资质认证

l   Manage new market launches / lifecycle changes and work closely with Global supply chain and markets to ensure on time and in full supply to markets

管理新市场上市/生命周期变更，与全球供应链和市场紧密协作，确保按时足量供应市场

l   Reflect new flows in systems if necessary (Kx and ERP- System)

必要时在系统中反映新流程（Kinaxis及ERP系统）

l   Contribute to S&OP if required

根据需要参与S&OP流程

l   Manage both internal and external stakeholders and be an important part of the supply chain team

l   Ensure E2E set up (DS.DP.FG) of clinical demands and Phase III where applicable (responsible to setup process with CMC to get information about clinical demand and Phase III demands once a month)

l   Define key milestone per launch/ lifecycle change and track completion in time

l   Liaise with site MSAT team and external customers during product transfer/product introduction to ensure all requirements are captured for market Launches in the project plan

在产品转移/产品引入期间，与工厂MSAT团队及外部客户保持联络，确保项目计划中涵盖市场上市的所有需求

l   Support MSAT team with Launch related inputs during product transfers form external sites as well as new product launches from the site to deliver markets’ launches successfully

在外部工厂产品转移及本工厂新产品上市过程中，为MSAT团队提供上市相关输入，确保市场上市顺利交付

l   Liaise with R&D/ MSAT on raw material choices

与研发/MSAT就原材料选择保持联络

l   Liaise with procurement on commercial availability of raw materials

与采购部门就原材料的商业可用性保持联络

l   Cross functional coordination with different site functions e,g. Quality, APU, site SC …etc.

与工厂各职能部门（质量、APU、工厂供应链等）进行跨职能协调

l   Single point of contact for Launches and Lifecycle management at site level cross functional

担任工厂层面上市及生命周期管理的跨职能单一联络人

l   Liaise with Regulatory teams internally and externally to receive visibility on pending launch through ongoing registration procedure

与内外部法规团队保持联络，通过持续注册程序获取待上市产品的可见性

l   Liaise with Global supply chain (GSP, GBU SC) on net demand reflected in system , launch quantity, launch timing, understand risks and opps

与全球供应链（GSP、GBU SC）就系统中反映的净需求、上市数量、上市时间保持联络，了解风险与机遇

Site SC Performance:               

工厂供应链绩效

l   Monthly SC Performance review at PCU/ APU & Site level

在PCU/APU及工厂层面开展月度供应链绩效评审

l   Root cause analysis and follow-up action plan

进行根本原因分析并跟进行动计划

l   Regularly reporting on project status, challenges, and outcomes to the Head of Supply Chain Projects and other stakeholders

定期向供应链项目负责人及其他利益相关方汇报项目状态、挑战和成果

Compliance

·         To ensure that all work carried out follows the required standards i.e. GMP, Health and Safety, Environmental and regulatory requirements

确保所有工作符合相关标准要求，包括GMP、健康与安全、环境及法规要求

·         Monitor execution of license compliance verification to ensure compliant product launch in collaboration with cross function teams

·         Data collection and reporting launch progress as part of governance for the short team and long term as part of IBP Demand Review

·         End to end project management of launch/ lifecycle changes from master data creation to operational readiness to ship to the market and liaise with other sites for process flow changes

About you 任职资格:

List here ideally the must-haves criteria to be successful on the role.

• Exposure to Production, Supply Chain, Chemical engineering, Process

Technology, Project Investment, Finance, Quality and Regulatory requirements,

with minimum 5 years of total industry experience.

具备生产、供应链、化学工程、工艺技术、项目投资、财务、质量和法规要求方面的经验，至少拥有5年的行业总经验。

• Scientific bachelor’s degree preferably in chemical, biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or business / finance degree

科学学士学位，优先考虑化学、生物化学或制药工程专业，或商业/金融学位

• Experience with pre- and post-launch activities (tech-transfer, continuous process verification, inspection readiness, cGMP knowledge, HA regulations, quality

systems) preferred

具备上市前和上市后活动经验（技术转移、持续工艺验证、检查准备、cGMP知识、卫生当局法规、质量体系）者优先。

• Experience in portfolio and project management, with ability to drive prioritization

decisions

具备投资组合和项目管理经验，能够推动优先级排序决策。

• Direct production operations experience preferred (Operations)

具备直接生产运营经验者优先（运营）

• Experience and agility on digital tool supporting decision making

具备支持决策制定的数字化工具使用经验和敏捷性

• Knowledge of industrial strategy and project and portfolio management

具备工业战略以及项目和投资组合管理知识。

• Strong leadership skills and experience (minimum 5 years) with proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams
