About the job

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for supporting the development, execution and cross-functional orchestration of the Medical Tower strategic roadmap. Acting as a strategic advisor and internal consultant to senior leadership, this role drives high‑visibility initiatives that shape the future of the Medical Tower and delivers measurable impact across the organization and positioning the Medical Tower as an innovation leader. It provides strategic foresight, external benchmarking, and actionable insights to inform decision-making and enable scalable, future-ready solutions. By combining strategic communications, internal stakeholder engagement, and partnerships, this role ensures alignment and delivers meaningful impact across the organization. This role is ideal for a consulting‑minded problem solver who thrives in complex environments, influences without authority, owning strategic initiatives that directly shape future organizational strategy and value creation.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Foresight & Portfolio Leadership:

  • Provide strategic oversight and foresight for the Medical tower portfolio including, Medical, HEVA, Market Access and other partnering functions.

  • Analyze external market and competitive trends to inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and generate actionable insights.

  • Shape long-term strategic priorities and support portfolio optimization recommendations for senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with BOM verticals, Medical, HEVA, and Market Access teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Lead complex, cross-functional value creation initiatives, from strategic planning through execution.

  • Navigate and coordinate across matrixed environments to enable scalable, integrated solutions.

Execution & Governance:

  • Ensure robust project management, governance, and reporting mechanisms for enterprise-level initiatives.

  • Provide senior leadership with insights, dashboards, and progress reporting for stakeholder governance, crossGBU governance, and quarterly performance reviews.

  • Lead workstreams or small project teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and impactful delivery.

  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and support long-term partnership development.

About you

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field, (MBA preferred)

Experience:

  • 3+ years in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or transformation roles.

  • Experience leading strategic initiatives, complex projects, or transformation programs.

  • Exposure to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record from diagnostic and strategic assessment through roadmap design and successful execution.

  • Experience with strategic communications, executive presentations, and initiative planning.

Technical & Analytical Capabilities

  • Strong experience developing value propositions, cost-benefit analyses, business cases, and strategic frameworks.

  • High aptitude for data interpretation and translating insights into impactful storytelling.

  • Proficiency in structuring executive-level presentations and synthesizing complex information.

Communication and Leadership

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate workshops, and deliver executive briefings.

  • Executive presence and strong ability to influence without formal authority.
