Main responsibilities:
- Orchestrate Leadership Team meetings with engaging approaches, driving the agenda and governance focused on strategic priorities
- Lead the organization of strategic meetings (Extended LT meetings, offsites, country visits, etc)
- Lead or co-lead transformational projects within the BU and across the organization
- Drive business planning, team operations and analytics
- Be a connector with global and regional teams
- Bring data-driven insights to accelerate growth and launch performance
- Partner with the GM and Leadership Team to prioritize game-changing initiatives and implement innovative ways of working
About you
Experience: Background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Finance
Soft and technical skills:
- Agile mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity, think creatively, and learn fast
- Strong interest in digital transformation and AI
- Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives
- Talent for influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Continuous learner who actively seeks feedback and improvement
Languages: Full fluency in Spanish and English
