About the job

Join Sanofi as a Global Demand Forecaster and become a vital part of a dedicated team driving excellence in quantitative forecasting. In this role, you will support generating accurate monthly forecast baselines through activities such as portfolio segmentation, history cleansing, and forecast review to ensure reliable planning across your product portfolio.

You will also support performance analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of advanced algorithms, automation, forecasting best practices, and data visualization tools.

If you are proficient in R or Python and passionate about leveraging data to impact global healthcare, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful difference.

Sanofi’s Graduate Program is a 12-month full-time opportunity starting on 1st October 2025, designed to unlock your full potential and accelerate your career. As a recent graduate, you’ll immerse yourself in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, gain invaluable insights, and build a strong professional network. With a structured learning path and continuous support, every step of the journey helps you thrive in your chosen field. This isn’t just a job—it’s your chance to shape your future and grow with purpose at Sanofi.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local markets to define and apply rules for cleaning historical data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and validate system-proposed adjustments for unusual data points and help choose the most suitable forecasting approach (e.g., statistical, manual, or patient-based).
  • Monitor forecast alerts and assist in reviewing and improving results where needed, based on product segmentation and business priorities.
  • Work closely with local demand planners to gather and incorporate market insights and assumptions into the forecasting process.
  • Analyze past forecast performance, help identify root causes of deviations and contribute to improving accuracy through shared learning.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements by identifying areas to enhance forecasting tools, processes, and methods, and by participating in related projects.

About you

  • You are a recent graduate, ideally with some internship or summer work experience.
  • You’re naturally curious, proactive, and open to challenging your own ideas.
  • You enjoy working with data and have strong analytical thinking skills.
  • You feel comfortable communicating your ideas clearly to others.
  • You have some experience with R or Python programming (intermediate level).
  • You have studied in a field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Bioinformatics, or a related area.
  • You’re fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to participate in an official training program during the Graduate Program year.
