Sanofi Early Careers: France Promoting youth employment

We are committed to training, developing and recruiting early talents - it’s in our DNA.

Each year, we are immensely proud to have more than 1,500 early talents from diverse backgrounds in our teams. By working on tasks and assignments that involve empowerment and increase professionalism, apprentices and interns are able to develop know-how and interpersonal skills, allowing them to make great strides in their career journey.

Our key initiatives

We are committed to supporting all early talents, regardless of their backgrounds and areas of expertise, by guiding them through a unique learning journey, including key milestones along the way:

Your integration begins with an onboarding day that will help you understand our vision, our priorities, and the role you will play at Sanofi.

  • The Training Passport: a unique soft skills certification, designed by and for apprentices, combining theory and immersive practice

The "Starting Blocks for Youth":
A community of apprentices and interns, led by a team of apprentices. On the agenda: integration, networking, and career discovery at our sites.

Apprenticeships

An apprenticeship is an accelerator of both professional and personal skills. That is why we continue our commitment to young people by welcoming more than 1,500 apprentices and interns every year, contributing to equal opportunities.

We were also recognized in 2026 by our apprentices and interns with the HappyIndex® Trainees label, awarded by Choose My Company: 92.4% of them recommend Sanofi as a place to complete their internship or apprenticeship.

"Place d'Avenir": coaching, networking & job dating

Place d'Avenir is an event that goes out every year to meet young people across France.

Each event includes HR coaching, employee insights, the chance to network with our experts in Research & Development, Digital & Data, and Industrial, as well as offering job dating sessions to help you potentially secure an apprenticeship.

More information coming soon for the 2026 edition.
