We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to lead our Digital Manufacturing and Supply Chain (M&S) Data and AI organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for influencing Data and AI strategy for M&S business, advancing cutting-edge AI capabilities (including agent-based systems), and leading a high-performing team of 20+ professionals.

You will be a key driver of digital transformation, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, Agentic workflow to optimize operations, improve resilience, and unlock business value at scale.

Main Responsibilities:

Executive Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and own the long-term data science vision and roadmap for Manufacturing and Supply Chain

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on AI-driven transformation opportunities

  • Champion the adoption of next-generation AI technologies, including agent-based and autonomous systems

  • Translate complex analytical capabilities into measurable business outcomes

Organizational Leadership

  • Lead, inspire, and scale a multidisciplinary and global team of 20+ data scientists, ML engineers, and analytics leaders

  • Build a strong leadership bench, mentoring managers and senior individual contributors

  • Establish a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous development

  • Drive organizational design, talent strategy, and succession planning

Enterprise Delivery & Impact

  • Oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain

  • Ensure delivery of scalable, production-grade data science solutions embedded into core operations

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities and execution

  • Balance long-term innovation with short-term business value realization

Technical & Innovation Leadership

  • Provide executive oversight on advanced modeling initiatives

  • Champion the exploration, incubation and scaled adoption of AI agents and autonomous systems to transform manufacturing and supply chain operations.

  • Promote best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI

About You

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in data science, analytics or related field is required.

  • 12+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or related fields

  • 7+ years of senior leadership experience, including managing managers and large teams

  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale data science transformations

  • Deep expertise in machine learning, optimization, and statistical modeling

  • Significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments

  • Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifcations:

  • Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, or autonomous systems

  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, and smart factory ecosystems

  • Experience operating in complex, global organizations
