Main responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition Partner for General Medicine Diabetes BU, you will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, partnering closely with the respective BU Lead to deliver effective talent acquisition strategies that align with business needs. This role ensures the seamless implementation of global talent acquisition frameworks while adapting approaches to meet local market dynamics and regulatory requirements. The TA Partner is a champion for a positive candidate experience and a key contributor to building a strong and diverse talent pipeline.

  • Support the implementation and adoption of global TA frameworks, processes, and policies within the designated GBU/Country, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's overall talent acquisition vision while adapting approaches to meet local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide localized and BU-specific talent acquisition expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, candidate assessment techniques, and employer branding strategies.

  • Work closely with external talent acquisition vendors, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's global standards, contractual obligations, performance expectations, and a commitment to ethical and compliant recruitment practices.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Employer Brand COE to implement employer branding initiatives that enhance Sanofi's reputation and attract top talent within the local market.

  • Proactively build and manage diverse talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs, leveraging market insights, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Partner seamlessly with the Sourcing and Candidate Care teams in the hubs to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .

  • 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally with healthcare industry experience.

  • Strong knowledge of talent trends, industry best practices, and compliance requirements, especially in the context of the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Expertise in Strategic Insights, with the ability to leverage data and market trends to inform talent acquisition strategies.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, and in an international matrix environment.

  • Customer Experience Driven, with a focus on enhancing the candidate experience and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong business acumen and a pragmatic approach to solving complex talent challenges.

  • Fluent in English.
