Marketing Specialist – Vaccines - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Marketing Specialist – Vaccines VIE within our Marketing team, you will be pivotal in managing marketing processes, strategizing and executing events, and supporting the approval and adaptation of promotional materials.

Main responsibilities:

Process Management:

• Oversee and streamline marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Event Strategy and Execution:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and activities.
• Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand objectives.

Promotional Material Support:

• Assist in the approval and adaptation of promotional materials to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the Customer Engagement Manager and other team members to align marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with Brand Team to implement the brand plan activities.

About you

Experience:

• Experience in digital marketing and omnichannel strategies is a plus.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking capabilities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Portuguese is a plus.
