Definir e implementar una estrategia de mantenimiento de planta alineada con los objetivos de performance del site. Además, debe ser el punto de contacto a nivel de Global en los aspectos relacionados con el mantenimiento del Site
Asegurar que todas las operaciones que se vayan a realizar a nivel técnico están de acuerdo a los estándares de seguridad, calidad y costes. Debe velar por el cumplimiento de los standares de Global (STD y/o GOP – SOP)
Asegurar una comunicación perfecta y regular con el Responsable de Proceso de Mantenimiento Ingeniería, a fin de establecer las prioridades necesarias del site.
Responsabilidades del puesto:
Definir el plan de criticidad de equipos a medio y largo plazo
Definir los planes de mantenimiento óptimos y estandarizados para todos los equipos existentes en el site. Establece criterios de modificación basados en históricos, costes, fiablidad, etc.
Apoyar en la gestión (diagnóstico y resolución) de las incidencias técnicas que afecten al site. Analizar recurrencias y estudiar plan de acción si fuese necesario.
Gestionar a nivel documental todos los procedimientos existentes en el área de mantenimiento de procesos.
Analizar la obsolescencia tecnológica de los equipos y recambios existentes en ellos. Definir planes de acción y proyectos asociados al cambio.
Gestionar la documentación técnica de todos los equipos existentes en el área de mantenimientos de procesos
Gestionar el correcto inventario a nivel de ubicación técnica de los todos los equipos existentes en el área de mantenimiento de procesos.
Es el keyuser titular para el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento asistido por ordenador (GMAO / CMMS)
Es el focal point a nivel de global para todos los aspectos relacionados con el programa de mantenimiento VDM (Value Driven Maintenance)
Gestionar los proyectos, a nivel de métodos, que se establezcan como prioritarios dentro de mantenimiento de procesos
Gestionar los accesos como administrador en los equipos existentes dentro de mantenimiento de procesos.
Es el responsable del almacén de formatos y de las mejoras de proceso que éste conlleve.
Apoyar los proyectos del equipo de Lean Manufacturing que requieran especialización técnica para poder ser implantados
Promover mejoras técnicas de seguridad, calidad y performance dentro de su unidad productiva.
Coordinar las propuestas de armonización de materiales, nuevos formatos y cambio de especificaciones.
Verificación de Planes de Marcaje y nexo de comunicación con logística
Verificación de las fichas técnicas de materiales y artworks
Participación en las validaciones, cualificaciones y proyectos cuando sea necesario.
Participar junto con ejecución en las investigaciones de reclamaciones, planes de acción y seguimiento
Colaborar junto con ejecución asegurando que las acciones técnicas realizadas en los equipos cumplen las normativas de calidad y no impactan, negativamente, en la calidad del producto.
Contribuir al programa de calidad definido por el site
Velar por la calidad de los productos de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía y la legislación vigente dentro del área de su responsabilidad.
Apoyar en la ejecución de las acciones técnicas derivadas de los comunicados de riesgo y desviaciones de su unidad productiva.
Participar en las acciones Lean cuando sea necesario
Favorecer las relaciones humanas y la comunicación e impulsar un clima propicio para una buena consecución de los resultados de los equipos.
Velar por la seguridad y el respeto al medioambiente de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía y la legislación vigente dentro del área de su responsabilidad.
Participar en el cumplimiento del programa del site en materia de HSE
Cumplir y velar por la seguridad propia y la de las personas que trabajan en su entorno
Formación y experiencia requerida:
5 años de experiencia en entorno farmacéutico y/o sectores afines (cosmética, alimentación, etc).
Formación mínima en Ingenieria técnica y/o Grado, a poder ser mecánica industrial y/ o electricidad / electrónica industrial.
Se valorará positivamente la experiencia en la misma posición - Reliability.
Nivel de Ingles mínimo First - B2. Las reuniones de Global y todos los documentos de consulta (guidelines y PNT’s) están en este idioma.
Buenas dotes comunicativas y perfil acostumbrado a trabajar de forma transversal con los diferentes departamentos del Site (QA, SC, tec).
Buena capacidad de síntesis.
Acostumbrado/a a trabajar por objetivos .
