About This Job

As Brand Manager within our Transplant team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the execution and strategic vision for our transplant franchise and operating across the franchise portfolio. We are at a pivotal moment in time evolving from a one indication franchise in HSCT (Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation) to getting ready to launch new indications & products in the SOT (Solid organ transplantation) space in the next 5 years.

You will be working closely with the Launch Lead and Brand Lead, driving day-to-day brand activities, engaging in cross-functional franchise initiatives, and shaping launch excellence plans — all while keeping patients at the heart of everything we do. Ready to get started?

Main Responsibilities

Overall Franchise

• Support the franchise patient engagement strategy (cGvHD/SOT) in collaboration with Medical & Corporate Affairs teams, strongly connected to the strategy of each indication

• Operate across the full transplant portfolio with an adaptive mindset, connecting the tactical dots across indications and drive synergies in execution

HSCT – cGvHD (chronic graft vs. host disease)

• Lead the brand planning process and contribute to driving cGvHD performance

• Drive Commercial Excellence in collaboration with the customer experience team e.g. via account reviews, derive and execute HQ tactics and projects which contribute to our commercial performance

• Lead Market Research activities for cGvHD supporting decision making for the brand and commercial strategy

SOT Portfolio - CLAD Launch Readiness (chronic lung allograft disease)

• Play a critical role in preparing the CLAD launch, contributing to forecasting and launch readiness planning

• Support the creation of strategic brand plans by incorporating local insights and working with cross-functional teams to set clear objectives and deliver impactful launch activities

• Partner with global teams and agencies to adapt SOT brand assets and campaigns locally, create compelling marketing materials, and execute omnichannel strategies that drive meaningful customer and patient experience

• Oversee and own the promotional materials lifecycle for SOT (PromoMats/Veeva Vault) and ensure full ABPI compliance

• Track key metrics and campaign effectiveness, continuously evaluate brand performance, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize impact

• Support the planning and execution of educational events and programs for healthcare professionals

• Use clinical trial insights and field insights to identify data gaps and collaborate with Medical Affairs and the field commercial team to identify opportunities to prepare for launch of SOT assets

About You

• You've worked in marketing roles where you've developed strategies, managed campaigns, shaped omnichannel strategies, or launched products in a commercial environment

• You understand the healthcare landscape and have experience working within regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

• You can analyze data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies and plans

• You excel at working with diverse teams, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders to achieve shared goals

• You are a creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas while maintaining attention to detail in execution

• You can clearly articulate ideas, provide compelling briefs to agencies, and motivate teams to deliver results

• You're skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, working with budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of complex projects

• You are adaptive and are comfortable navigating ambiguous and continuously changing environments

• A bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent professional experience
