EM&S Gen Med Europe oversees the relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), business partners and 3rd parties involved in the manufacture, distribution, and transport of Sanofi products.

As Supply Chain Digital Transformation Expert VIE within our Supply Chain Team, you’ll interact with CMO supply chain, customer service and planification organizations, functional units within External Manufacturing Global (procurement, finance, quality/regulatory, technical and transfer, KAM, Strategic Portfolio Managers), Sanofi sites, Global Supply Chain, Sanofi Affiliates, and other organizations within the industrial network.

The team is ensuring compliance with internal requirements and to supply intermediates, raw material, active ingredient, and finished products with quality/regulatory standards, within agreed time frames and at expected quantities and costs. They also lead and implement supply solutions to any issues that may occur within the distribution channel from end-to-end.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor and support the following functions (Head of SC, Pole Manager, Demand Manager, Master Data) as a Key User on projects related to PowerBi, Snowflake, Plai.Supply, E2Open Deployment.
• Define EM GENMED digital transformation agenda to improve performance, financial visibility and push for automation for manual non-adding value tasks performed by SC team.
• Represent EM GENMED teams in EM-POWER project: support developers in building reports, participate in UATs, collect feedback and new needs.
• Increase PowerBi expertise within the team by providing proper training.
• Ensure that all future IT incidents impacting PowerBi are being solved.
• Ensure that documentation related to PowerBi, Snowflake, Plai.Supply are mapped, updated, and properly maintained.
• Support Digital and Supply Chain team in E2Open project implementation and deployment, and support Digital teams in deploying Snowflake across EM organization.
• Ensure Data reliability and robustness in Snowflake, with a focus on Supply Chain Data (Kinaxis, MARS).
• Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners to identify, research, and resolve system issues/opportunities.
• Act as communication focal point for topics related to Digital Transformation and Automation.
• Ensure the adequate level of reporting in case of major event. Communicate in an effective way in case of crisis, in an instable or constraining environment.
• Proactively engage with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and roll out integrated systems.

About you

Experience:

• Previous experience in Supply Chain and/or Planification and/or Demand Management, and/or Transformation Project Management would only be an asset.

Soft and technical skills:

• High competency in PowerBI – ability to improve current reports and develop new ones based on Supply Chain team needs.
• Be able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels.
• High level of curiosity.
• Interest and/or Experience in Transformation and Change Management.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/IT, or any other similar field.

Languages:

• English: fluent, spoken and written.
