Team & Mission
This role sits within Sanofi’s Digital GBU (Global Business Unit) organization and is part of the Direct-to-Consumer/Patient (DTC/P) Advanced Analytics & AI Product Line. Our vision is to deliver data-driven, AI-powered solutions that enable personalized engagement with consumer, patients, caregivers through integrated digital channels (e.g., web, email, TV, social).
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Product Line Owner to lead Sanofi’s Direct-to-Consumer/Patient (DTC/P) Advanced Analytics & AI portfolio. This role will focus on building and scaling AI-powered products that drive personalized, data-driven engagement with consumers, patients, and caregivers across digital channels—including web, email, search, and TV.
You’ll define the product strategy, lead a global team, and partner with cross-functional teams spanning commercial, data science, engineering, and market access. The ideal candidate brings a deep background in advanced analytics, GenAI/Agentic AI, and product leadership, along with a passion for innovation, clear communication, and driving measurable business impact.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both business and technical audiences.

Main Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
Define and execute the strategy for DTC/P Advanced Analytics & AI products, in alignment with GBU and digital priorities.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: vision, design, build, rollout, operations, and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, budgets, resource allocation, and localization across brands and markets.
Define and track success metrics for all DTC/P products.
Ensure value realization through performance tracking and product evolution.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Drive stakeholder alignment and communication by translating complex technical concepts into compelling, business-relevant narratives for executive leadership, GBU partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Serve as a visible champion of DTC/P analytics and AI initiatives across the organization, influencing strategy, securing buy-in, and presenting product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to senior audiences.
Lead a team of product owners and collaborate closely with GTMC, brand teams, market stakeholders, and external partners.
Drive structured ways of working to maximize value delivery and operational efficiency.
Analytics & AI Product Development
Design and deploy AI and analytics products that enhance insights for Direct-To-Consumers/Patients.
Collaborate on AI/analytics strategy, use case identification, and platform/tool development with GTMC Data & Insights.
Lead the design of advanced reporting capabilities for campaign performance, patient engagement, and media effectiveness.
Lead product discovery efforts to evaluate potential AI and analytics use cases—balancing feasibility, impact, and resource constraints.
Reporting, Compliance & Data Governance
Oversee the automation of reporting workflows to improve speed, scalability, and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards in all reporting and data activities.
Implement quality control practices to maintain high data reliability and integrity.
Ensure ethical use of patient and caregiver data in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Continuous Improvement
Drive innovation and business transformation by fostering a culture of problem-solving, experimentation & agility.
Continuously evaluate new technologies and methods to improve product performance and business outcomes.
Push on conventional wisdom with a strong point of view; take the initiative and offer creative solutions
About You
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Haves
10+ years of experience in advanced analytics and AI product management, with a focus on DTC/P or digital commercial analytics.
5+ years of people leadership experience in cross-functional and global settings.
Proven track record of leading successful AI/analytics product delivery in complex organizations.
Hands-on experience with:
Clean rooms and privacy-preserving data environments
Campaign analytics, media performance, and reporting automation
Agile product management and scrum methodologies
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of healthcare, pharma, or life sciences.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with digital product management and data tools. Examples include:
Jira, Confluence
Tableau, PowerBI
Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with regulatory environments in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is a plus.
