In this role you are responsible for the commercial success and launch of a well-known brands latest indication within Norway.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage great customer experience: Ensure the understanding and execution of the relevant Customer Journey & Experience strategy and tactics of the GBU within your area.
- Implementation and regular monitoring of the individual customer journey by leveraging the cross functional team work with customer support, COE’s; HQ.
- Works with HCPs to remove barriers to prescription at the account/regional level.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and key customers to create long-term partnerships and identify customer needs.
- Stay updated on national/regional market access processes affecting access to product portfolio – work in close collaboration with local market access team to support market access activities.
- Collaborates in brand team to provide bottom-up input on needs, share insights and learnings, as well as leverage global and NE materials, resources, campaigns, and initiatives that support and drive customer engagement.
- You adhere to the policies, standard operating procedures and regulations both from a Country and Sanofi perspective to maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics, and business integrity.
- You continuously stretch yourself to improve, simplify and prioritize within your area of influence with a laser focus on adding value.

Technical skill
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales and or relevant respiratory area Asthma/COPD.
- Scientifically savvy and focused.
- Clear understanding of omnichannel engagement.
- Deep understanding of customers and accounts.
- Adaptable to transformation.
- Aspires AI and data driven decisions.
Other
- Externally focussed field-based role covering.
- Rravelling is expected in order to visit and engage with HCPs/KOLs across the country as well as attending scientific events.
- Having a network within the respiratory field is preferred.
