Main responsibilities:

• Support the Country Quality Head in implementing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System across all GxP activities in Ukraine

• Act as the primary local contact for the Regional Quality team, providing updates on compliance status, quality plans, and escalating issues when needed

• Monitor and review compliance across the supply chain and commercial operations, ensuring all processes meet both local legislation and global Sanofi standards

• Lead the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including SOPs, procedures, and training materials for all relevant teams

• Coordinate quality meetings with subject matter experts and manage annual quality plans and improvement activities

• Ensure audit and regulatory inspection readiness through effective process monitoring, data integrity checks, and quality metrics

• Drive continuous improvement by promoting QMS principles and identifying opportunities to enhance quality processes

About you

• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, quality management systems, and pharmaceutical quality standards

• Experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with understanding of both local Ukrainian and international compliance requirements

• Experience with Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) evaluation and analysis

• Experience with import operations and quality requirements in a pharmaceutical context

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality initiatives

• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken)
