Main Responsibilities:

The RBD Launch Medical Manager, TR & LV will participate in and execute the medical launch strategy for Türkiye and Levant RBD Launch product portfolio/therapeutic area in close partnership with other functional franchise leads and in alignment with the overall franchise strategy. The primary responsibility of this role is Multiple Myeloma.

The main responsibilities include:

·       Lead the development and implementation of the medical launch strategy for the new products, including target audience segmentation (KOLs, HCPs, patient associations, etc.) and communication planning from inception to execution.

·       Translate global medical strategies into robust local business cases and integrated growth plans for pipeline products, ensuring alignment with specific healthcare landscape and patient needs in Türkiye & Levant to contribute launch excellence.

·       Provide functional medical guidance to TR & Levant-based MSLs, offering scientific direction, strategic alignment, and support for field medical activities across the region, including KOL engagement, scientific exchange, and local congress activities, while leveraging field insights to continuously refine and strengthen the medical launch strategy.

·       Contribute to the successful introduction of new products and indications to the market, including brand plan and business plan preparation, and provide medical input to the establishment of product medical, market access and marketing strategies.

·       Proactively provide critical medical insights and data for the development of comprehensive business cases and integrated growth plans, ensuring the medical strategy underpins market access and launch success.

·       Leverage deep therapy area expertise and comprehensive product knowledge, including competitor landscapes, to identify strategic opportunities and address potential challenges for launch product.

·       Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations, and patient organizations in Türkiye & Levant collaborate with MSLs to gather insights, validate unmet needs, and shape the medical environment.

·       Drive strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, access, health economics, corporate affairs, GTMC, CSU, EBI, Legal, etc.

·       Drive collaborative relationships with regional and global colleagues to ensure Türkiye and Levant involvement and strategic input into global and regional plans.

·       Ensure all medical strategies and initiatives are developed with a deep understanding of the patient journey, addressing unmet patient needs and improving patient outcomes at every stage, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.

·       Lead integrated evidence planning and execution by understanding internal and external stakeholder evidence needs and conducting comprehensive data gap analysis to optimize scientific understanding and support market access.

·       Contribute to and influence the global clinical development roadmap by identifying unique demographic characteristics and unmet medical needs in Türkiye & Levant to secure country inclusion in global clinical trials.

·       Lead the strategic selection of research centers and initiate clinical studies, Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), or Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects to address regional data gaps and advance standards of care.

·       Develop and implement initiatives to enhance standards of care and foster positive changes in clinical practice through scientific exchange and education, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

·       Work independently with a solution-oriented and balanced approach to ambiguity.

·       Create industry-leading digital educational and scientific content that is timely, relevant, interactive and innovative.

·       Demonstrate strong leadership by influencing stakeholder networks and coaching and mentoring team members.

About you

Education/Experience/Certification & Basic Qualifications:

•           Level of education: Medical Doctor & Pharmacy

•           At least 1 year of experience as a national medical manager, and at least 3 years of industry experience

•           Experience in hematology disease area is a plus

•           Very good teaching and coaching skills

•           Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time

•           Fluent in English and in Turkish, written and oral communication

•           Demonstrate strong scientific acumen and deep understanding of the local regulatory and scientific environment in Türkiye and Levant.

•           Apply in-depth therapy area expertise and comprehensive product knowledge, including robust competitor data analysis.

•           Rapidly assimilate and integrate new scientific data into evolving therapy areas.

Strategic Data Generation & Insights:

•           Demonstrate excellent understanding of the data generation continuum, encompassing clinical development, Real World Evidence (RWE), and comprehensive data gap analysis.

•           Identify unmet medical needs and translate them into actionable evidence generation strategies.

Dynamic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

•           Demonstrate strong business acumen to serve as a key strategic business partner to the organization.

•           Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build trust and establish collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams including commercial, market access, regulatory, and clinical functions.

•           Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in navigating ambiguous, complex, and rapidly evolving early-stage pipeline environments with a solution-oriented approach.

Impactful Communication & Scientific Engagement:

•           Demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead challenging discussions and convey complex scientific information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

•           Leverage understanding of HCP communication preferences to adapt communication styles and optimize the use of relevant channels (including Omnichannel tools) for effective and meaningful scientific engagement journeys.

•           Confidently leverage Omnichannel tools and proactively adapt to new digital channels and innovative communication methods.

•           Effectively and compliantly share unmet needs of KOLs/HCPs and their centers with cross-functional teams, directly informing patient-centric strategies.

Launch Excellence & Market Access Savvy:

•           Leverage proven experience in product launches and lifecycle management, coupled with in-depth knowledge of market access strategies and reimbursement pathways.

•           Demonstrate strong understanding of healthcare system evolution and its impact on product introduction and market adoption.
