Main responsibilities

This position stands at the forefront of serving as a cornerstone for operational excellence implementation. This role focuses in deploying high-impact solutions that enhance operational effectiveness, elevate customer satisfaction metrics, and create sustainable organizational value.

As an integral member of the M&S Services, the team member will more precisely:

• Support the Performance in management of analytics projects and deliverables

• Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources including Snowflake, Excel, and SharePoint Lists

• Create and optimize data models in PowerBI, ensuring scalability and performance

• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications and data models

• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, serving as a liaison between business units and technical teams

• Manage and conduct regular reporting meetings, adapting presentations to specific stakeholder needs

• Proactively identify and implement process improvements across data workflows and reporting processes

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all platforms

• Provide training and support to stakeholders on PowerBI reports, dashboards, and other data tools

• Take ownership of specific deliverables and projects from inception to completion

• Manage and maintain Visual Management systems and boards, ensuring they effectively communicate key performance metrics to operational teams

Experience:

• > 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with business partnering role,

• Strong Industrial / M&S background with an extensive experience in various functions,

• Experience of working on manufacturing sites in either of these domains is an added advantage,

• Proven track record of working with PowerBI, Snowflake, Excel, and SharePoint Lists in a professional setting

• Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technical data solutions and analytical frameworks

• Background in stakeholder management and business partnering across multiple departments or functions

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

• Track record of delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making

Required skills:

• Strong business acumen with ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions

• Intermediate PowerBI skills including complex data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report development, and workspace administration

• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis capabilities

• Demonstrated ability to integrate data from multiple platforms (PowerBI, Snowflake, Excel, SharePoint Lists) into cohesive solutions

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative on projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Prioritization skills to manage multiple deliverables effectively

• Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership

• Continuous improvement orientation with ability to identify and implement process enhancements

• Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices

• Excellence in task management and organizational skills

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field Training or certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

Languages: Fluent in English.
