Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. As Global Candidate Engagement Lead - Talent Services, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Leading and managing a team of Candidate Care Partners & Candidate Care Specialists across all hubs, this role ensures consistent, positive, and high-touch interactions with candidates at every stage. The Global Candidate Engagement Lead leverages data insights to drive performance improvements, collaborates closely with key stakeholders to optimize service delivery, and personally handles escalated candidate queries, demonstrating a commitment to candidate satisfaction.

You will be responsible to assist in hiring the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience for sanofi globally. We are looking at volumes exceeding 20k. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to hire the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience. You will also be required to ensure service levels are met and hence will/may need to schedule as well

Main responsibilities: 

• Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the Candidate Care teams within the hubs, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity, and service quality.

• Oversee the tracking and analysis of key performance metrics related to candidate care across all hubs.

• Partner closely with the Sourcing Hub Lead and Talent Acquisition Hub Lead to ensure seamless candidate experiences, consistent service delivery, and the attraction of top-tier talent.

• Share best practices, identify areas for improvement, and drive alignment on candidate care processes and standards across all hubs.

• Partner with and upskill external vendors to ensure their candidate care practices align with Sanofi's global standards and processes, delivering a consistent "One Sanofi" experience.

• Act as a point of escalation for Candidate Care Partners, providing guidance, support, and timely resolution to challenging candidate issues.

• Coordinate candidate care service delivery across all hubs, ensuring coverage during required business hours and providing support in the required languages to meet the needs of a diverse candidate pool.

• Partner with the Executive Recruitment Lead in the hubs and COE to flexibly allocate resources and provide specialized candidate care support for executive-level recruitment efforts as needed.

You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Experience: 

• Proven track record of success in providing admin and scheduling in recruiting the best talent

• Experience in leading scheduling and candidate experience teams in the past

• Experience working with a Global CoE and driving standardization across multiple locations
