Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.
The People Services Tech Solutions team is a team of experts that helps Operations through global technologies such as Workday, Appical, Peakon, iLearn.

Main responsibilities:
Translate portfolio demand into actionable team capacity plans, proactively identifying gaps and mitigation strategies. Partner with the market leads/capability leads/training directors to provide technical insights into the feasibility, effort estimation, and resource requirements of proposed learning initiatives.
Contribute to the evolution of the Global Learning Services operating model, identifying opportunities to scale delivery capability and improve efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals across multiple squads, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture. Drive individual and team capability development through structured coaching, regular feedback, and tailored development plans
Manage the full performance cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, performance appraisals, and recognition. Onboard new team members effectively, ensuring rapid integration and productivity. Ensure squads are equipped with the right tools, processes, and guidance to deliver learning solutions at pace and quality
Establish and uphold instructional quality standards, conducting regular reviews to ensure learning solutions meet Sanofi's design and accessibility benchmarks. Define, monitor, and report on KPIs covering quality, timelines, learner experience, and operational efficiency across all active projects
Stay current with emerging learning technologies and AI-powered tools, evaluating their potential to enhance team productivity and learner experience. Lead the design and implementation of standardized processes, templates, and ways of working to improve operational efficiency across the team
Champion agile methodologies and a growth mindset, leading the team through change with clarity and confidence
About you:
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3–5 years in a people leadership or team management role. Proven track record of managing and developing multi-disciplinary L&D teams in a global or matrixed organization
Experience managing end-to-end learning delivery across multiple concurrent projects or programs. Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or a regulated industry is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Articulate 360, Rise, or equivalent e-learning development platforms, Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project. Ability to build and interpret dashboards and reports using Power BI, MS Excel, or similar tools
Education: MBA or equivalent to degree from reputed business school
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
