The Digital Strategy team sits within Sanofi's Digital organization and plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company's digital transformation agenda. We work at the intersection of business strategy, technology innovation, and stakeholder engagement to drive value creation across the organization. Our mission is to enable Sanofi to leverage digital capabilities to improve patient outcomes, enhance operational excellence, and maintain competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
We are seeking a talented Digital Strategy Specialist with strategic acumen to join the Digital GBU Strategy team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
We are part of the Digital GBUs’ Strategy, Operations & Innovation Function and our high-performing team serves Digital GBUs transverse key activities, starting with Strat Plan development, engaging with different stakeholders ensuring priorities are clear and set while defining the right governance to monitor execution among different adhoc Digital GBUs’ transverse projects.

Main responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Development (40% workload)
- Develop and contribute to comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to inform strategic recommendations
- Shape our strategic narrative and support Strat Plan process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic vision into actionable plans
Stakeholder Engagement (~40% workload)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units, functions, and geographies
- Facilitate alignment between diverse stakeholder groups on digital priorities and initiatives
- Communicate complex digital concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Establish and lead the communication roadmap for Digital GBU
- Ensure Digital Tower best-in-class communication and messaging
- Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate organizational dynamics to drive consensus
Execution & Thought Leadership (~20% workload)
- Support the execution of strategic digital initiatives from concept through implementation
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure strategic alignment throughout delivery
- Track and report on strategic initiative outcomes and business value realization
- Apply agile methodologies and change management principles to drive adoption
- Stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
- Contribute to the development of digital capabilities and organizational maturity
- Share insights and knowledge across the organization to build digital literacy
About you
Functional Knowledge & Skills
- Expert ability to build relationships, influence, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly (in English)
- Ability to develop and articulate innovative ideas
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Office 365 including SharePoint)
- Proficiency with content production tools (e.g., Argo, Canva, Adobe suite, Figma, Sora, …)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Qualification/Experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Strategy, or related field required
- Master's degree (MBA, MSc) preferred; focus on Communication is a plus
Experience
- Strong skills among communication management and story telling
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations preferred
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
