As part of our customer engagement team, you'll bridge strategy and execution – translating brand priorities into personalized customer experiences, enabling field teams with cutting-edge digital tools, and ensuring every interaction drives meaningful outcomes for healthcare professionals and patients.

Main responsibilities:
- Execute customer activation events including local and international congresses, speaker tours, standalone events, and virtual webinars, ensuring excellence in planning, delivery, and compliance
- Lead campaign planning in partnership with Omnichannel teams, ensuring localized content adaptation, optimized channel mix, and effective field enablement
- Orchestrate customer journeys by translating brand priorities into monthly activities, continuously refining segments based on healthcare professional behavior and market evolution
- Drive CRM adoption and digital tool utilization across field teams, reviewing monthly engagement KPIs and translating performance insights into closed-loop improvements
- Maintain close field engagement through regular account visits (minimum 2 days per week), supporting key account managers and driving strategic project execution in top accounts
- Engage Key Opinion Leaders and Digital Opinion Leaders to share scientific insights, campaign updates, and address customer objections, while collecting structured HCP feedback to assess channel effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Analytics & CRM, Regulatory, and Omnichannel teams to ensure seamless execution and customer-centric ways of working
About you
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in pharmaceuticals or MedTech, with a proven track record in customer activation, field enablement, or commercial excellence roles
- Soft and technical skills: Strong customer journey orchestration and campaign execution capabilities; proficiency with CRM and digital tools; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; customer-centric approach with change management experience; cross-functional collaboration expertise
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences; MBA or Marketing degree is a plus
- Languages: Business-fluent written and spoken English
