主要职责：
- 贯彻公司市场策略，达成管理连锁客户的销售目标及其他销售发展目标。
- 根据全国KA策略，在地区经理指导下，制定地区范围内连锁客户的发展策略，计划和完成连锁客户的年度合同谈判， 定期进行业务沟通，建立合作伙伴关系。
- 负责目标连锁客户的管理，包括建立及更新客户资料，维护客户关系等工作。
- 合规、有效地开展销售活动，严格、高效的执行公司所要求的连锁活动方案。
- 按要求每周拜访客户并及时准确在SFA系统中录入相关信息（拜访计划，进销存数据录入），协助上级主管确保系统的有效运作。
- 针对连锁每月数据进行数据分析，不断完善客户的投资计划。
- 与一线代表一起协访门店，了解客户情况及活动执行情况，为进一步决策提供实地意见。
关于候选人

- 大专及以上学历，生物/医药/化工相关专业优先
- 2-3年以上零售连锁总部销售管理经验（OTC或处方药），有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑
