Atuar como especialista nos subsistemas de Gestão de Talentos e Desenvolvimento Organizacional, liderando iniciativas que promovam a identificação, retenção e desenvolvimento de talentos. Será responsável por desenhar e implementar estratégias que fortaleçam a cultura de aprendizagem contínua e suportem o crescimento sustentável da organização.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Liderar programas de gestão de desempenho, sucessão e planos de desenvolvimento individual.
- Apoiar o mapeamento de talentos e a construção de pipelines internos para posições críticas.
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de engajamento, reconhecimento e cultura organizacional.
- Gerar insights a partir de dados de talentos e propor ações estratégicas.
- Atuar como parceiro(a) das áreas de negócio na definição de estratégias de desenvolvimento de pessoas.
- Planejar e executar programas de capacitação, trilhas de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento de liderança.
- Gerenciar fornecedores, plataformas de L&D e budget da área.
- Monitorar indicadores de eficácia dos treinamentos e propor melhorias contínuas.
- Apoiar iniciativas de onboarding, integração e cultura de aprendizagem.
- Conduzir diagnósticos de necessidades de treinamento e propor soluções inovadoras.
- Manter o conhecimento e cumprir com os princípios de Ética e Integridade, políticas da Sanofi e códigos de conduta que regulam o mercado farmacêutico.
- Cumprir e promover as políticas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE) da Sanofi, com objetivo de prevenir ocorrência de acidentes, evitar riscos para a saúde, promover o bem-estar dos colaboradores e reduzir os impactos ambientais resultantes da execução de atividades do trabalho.
- Apoiar a estratégia e as iniciativas de Diversidade e Inclusão da Sanofi para assegurar que todos os colaboradores e parceiros sejam tratados com respeito e recebam oportunidades iguais.
Sobre você
- Ensino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Pessoas, Desenvolvimento Organizacional ou áreas afins (desejável).
- Experiência em Talent Management e Learning & Development.
- Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de desempenho, sucessão, trilhas de aprendizagem e plataformas digitais.
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
