Job Title: Market Access Operations Manager

Location: Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ

About the Job

The Manager, Market Access Operations plays a critical role within the U.S. Market Access organization, providing project management, operational, and systems support to enable strategic initiatives, field readiness, and training excellence. This position reports to the Head of Market Access Strategy and Operations and works closely with the Market Access training team to organize planning, tools, and training delivery across therapeutic areas.

A key responsibility of this role is to serve as the point person for Veeva CRM and related systems used by the Account teams. This individual will support ongoing projects, operations, be the point of contact for the GTMC organization, and connectivity across US Market Access and internal stakeholders such as digital and GTMC to drive operational consistency and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    Support and lead the execution of key Market Access projects by developing timelines, tracking milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

  • Governance & Communication:
    Support the planning and execution of Market Access governance (e.g., One Market Access, training sessions, business reviews), including materials preparation and follow-ups.

  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and recommend improvements in workflows, systems use, and communication processes to support the effectiveness of the Market Access team.

  • Training Operations:Partner with the Market Access training team to oversee logistics, scheduling, tracking, and coordination of training and culture enhancing programs and resources US Market Access

  • Veeva CRM Operations Lead:
    Serve as the day-to-day lead and Market Access CRM subject matter expert in liaison with the GTMC and Digital organizations.

  • Data & Reporting Support:
    Provide basic reporting, tracking, and dashboard support for training metrics and CRM usage; escalate trends and challenges to senior team members for resolution.

  • Incentive Compensation Support:
    Facilitate incentive compensation planning and execution, including aligning eligibility, performance metrics, and payout processes for Account team roles.

 About You

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in operations, sales support, training coordination, or CRM systems (Veeva strongly preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred
