About the Job
Reporting to the Digital Corporate Finance Product Line manager you will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with Sanofi's Corporate Finance, Business Operations and Digital strategic priorities
• Overseeing the full lifecycle of Corporate Finance applications, from implementation, operations, continuous improvement up to retirement
Main responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap. Balance near-term delivery with long-term ambition and make sure every feature ties to measurable business value
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders, GPO/GPL to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Animate collaboration between stakeholders to maximize synergies and eliminate duplication
- Own the mapping of each product to its corresponding L2 or L3 within the Sanofi Operating Model (SOM)
- Drive delivery with architects, Tech experts, and designers
- Support budget tracking and reporting in collaboration with Finance and Procurement
- Preparation and update of project documentation
About you
You’ll have significant experience in Product management with demonstrated ownership of complex, data-intensive platforms, ideally within a healthcare/biotech company, as well as experience of:
- Defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps which deliver measurable results‚ aligned with business objectives
- Scrum & Agile practices, ideally PSPO I certification
- Experience with Confluence/Jira
- Experience in financial process automation and digitalization initiatives

- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
- Track-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Technical fluency
