Main responsibilities:

  • Collecting and organizing accounting documents using templates,
  • Helping post and check monthly accounting entries (we’ll show you how!),
  • Downloading and putting together monthly reports,
  • Preparing simple reports for internal and external audits,
  • Helping with lease-related tasks (you’ll learn what these mean),
  • Updating summary files and assisting with data uploads,
  • You’ll get to work with systems like SAP, Blackline, and Nakisa — don’t worry if you haven’t used them before, we’ll teach you,
  • You’ll also learn how financial reports are created and how companies stay compliant with rules (like SOX),
  • Your work will directly support our monthly financial reporting,
  • You’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, learning, and collaboration.

About you

Experience:

  • Ongoing university studies (active student status) in Economics, Finance, or Accounting,
  • A solid understanding of basic accounting principles is important,
  • Experience in leasing is an advantage,
  • 40 -hour availability/week.

Soft and technical skills:

  • You’re comfortable using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. formulas, tables, basic data handling),
  • If you have an interest in IT systems or have used finance tools before, that’s a definite plus,
  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning new things,
  • You communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and enjoy working as part of a team,
  • Familiarity with tools like SAP, Blackline, or Nakisa is an advantage — but don’t worry if you haven’t used them yet. We’ll provide the training and support you need.

Languages:

  • You are fluent in both English and Hungarian.
