Sanofi Business Services (SBS), one of the 4 pillars of Sanofi’s Business Transformation organization, is setting up a new captive Business Services centre in Budapest to provide Finance & Accounting (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash) as well as Employee oriented (Employee Experience) services.

Our team:

Our O2C team handle the following activities:  

• Master data Management 

• Sales orders Management 

• Requests and Disputes Management 

• Credit Risk and Credit Data Management  

• Collections and Customer Contact Management 

• Cash Application and Receivables Management  

• AR related Month-end Closing, Reporting and Non-trade Invoice Management  

These operations are critical for customers & patients products fulfilment, accurate accounting, generating cash flow, customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

• Collections Delivery: Deliver collections management services to SBO, including reviewing AR ageing reports and performing collection and dunning activities in the related system.
• Escalation & Follow-up: Determine appropriate escalations and follow-up actions as per the defined process.
• Dispute & Claim Management: Qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C, and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility.
• Strategy & Compliance: Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews. Execute all activities in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines, the global Core Model and operational KPIs.
• Expertise & Coaching: Develop expert-level knowledge of the in-scope activities and local entities to become a super-user. Proactively anticipate operational issues and coach junior analysts.
• Knowledge & Reporting: Build, document and transfer Ci2C Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) for collections management. Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports, and handle ad-hoc tasks defined by the line manager.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities by eliminating redundant activities, and participate in process automation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and transition.

About you

• Broad, hands-on understanding of the end-to-end invoice-to-cash process, collections and receivables activities
• Proven experience in Collections & Receivables Management, ideally in an international, multicultural environment
• Experience in a Business Services organization, with good business acumen and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Hands-on SAP FI experience, plus other AR-related IT tools
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel Interpersonal
• Professional, collaborative, end-to-end mindset when working with internal/external clients and Ci2C front-line teams
• Good communication skills and attentiveness to customer needs and feedback
• Able to organize, prioritize and structure own tasks with attention to detail
• Action-oriented, delivery-driven change agent, acting as role model/coach to junior analysts

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Languages:

• Excellent written and verbal English
• Additional European language skills are advantageous
