JOB PURPOSE:
By integrating the resources of different brands in multiple channels, formulate and implement innovative strategies, including exploring and optimizing various digital platforms and their operations, leading the digital empowerment of the company, so as to drive the innovation of the company's overall business, maximize the company's brand value, and achieve the sustainable growth of the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Have an in-depth understanding of the vaccine industry's ecological chain and the market competition landscape, keep abreast of the trends of technological changes, explore and optimize the customer-centric multi-channel marketing and business promotion models, including the integration of online and offline promotion models to support the digital innovation transformation and maximize the brand value.
Based on the company's overall business objectives, explore and optimize innovative marketing/business models in key business processes to facilitate the business growth in multi-channels. This includes clarifying the product positioning of VAST, continuously iterating and upgrading its product functions around the needs of customers and the multi-dimensional digital scenarios to realize the merger of offline and online operations.
Keep customers and mass consumers centric and formulate and implement effective multi-channel interaction strategies/plans to enhance customers experience and strengthen their awareness and understanding of the company's brands and products. For example, enhance the synergy of the TREX, VAST, and AIYING and enhance the education of RSV to further support customers to expand the coverage/influence, and explore and realize the promotion of RSV in the digital platform.
Evaluate the feasibility of marketing/business innovation models, including calculating the return on investment (ROI) and identifying key risk points, to provide a solid basis for management decision-making. At the same time, formulate an overall plan for the digital products, coordinating the digital solutions of different departments and providing support.
2.Lead the innovation incubation and iteration to establish the company's leading position in digital innovation within the vaccine industry.
Incubate the innovative initiatives in promotion channels to achieve the marketing objectives of "expanding the breadth / exploring the depth". By discovering and cultivating key customers, providing product knowledge and advanced epidemic prevention concepts, and attracting 2B customers from the public health system and the industry to build a whole value chain and improve the accessibility of vaccines. For example, leverage existing platforms such as VAST to support the establishment of digital standards for disease prevention and control cause, and meet the needs of health and epidemic prevention institutions for the upgrading of digital services.
Coordinate internal resources of the company, collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams, empower the teams through training and other means, and communicate to ensure that the teams understand and support the implementation of the new marketing/ business model.
3. Risk Management and Control and Ensuring Compliance
Ensure that new businesses model exploration complies with industry regulatory requirements and collaborate with relevant teams to complete compliance assessments.
4. Be responsible for developing the innovation center's development strategy and building an industry - leading image for the innovation center.
Develop the innovation center's development strategy, including public relations operations management, KOL engagement, and center display plans and budgets, to build an industry - leading image.
Promote the introduction of innovative business collaboration projects in the center, including project research and evaluation, provide suggestions for management decision - making, introduce projects, and ensure their successful implementation and management.
Regularly follow up on project progress and report outcomes to management and key stakeholders.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in marketing, business management, communication, or related fields of expertise
Experience & knowledge:
At least ten years of experience in marketing management
Be familiar with current laws, regulations and policies on pharmaceutical products and bio products; Familiar with online marketing channel knowledge
A solid body of work experience and practical knowledge in market research, product marketing and market promotion activities among others
Core competencies:
Sufficient ability to communicate, negotiate and make public speeches, good at fulfilling persuasive oral or written communications, and able to conduct data analysis
Be keen and enthusiastic in learning, with self-motivating, problem-analyzing and –solving ability and creating thinking as well as a result-oriented attitude
Excellent coordination and team management ability
Strategic insights in channel strategy management
Fluency in English
