Main responsibilities:
Lead cutting-edge machine learning and AI initiatives to solve complex healthcare challenges
Develop advanced computational and statistical methodologies for groundbreaking analytics
Collaborate across Sanofi to deliver impactful analyses that address key business questions
Apply your expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data mining to drive product innovation
Mentor junior colleagues and champion analytics results to non-technical audiences
Work with internal and external data scientists to scope and execute advanced analytics projects
Support the implementation of patient-centric strategies alongside other Sanofi teams
About you
Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
Proven track record in applying analytics to solve complex product or business problems
Expertise in advanced ML techniques, including deep learning and NLP
Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and high-level ML libraries
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization technologies
Knowledge of Vertical Federated Analytics (e.g., FlowerAI)
Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through innovative data solutions
