As People & Culture (P&C) Specialist, you’ll contribute to our purpose of chasing the miracles of science improving people´s life. In our area we´ll take care of our Sanofians, helping our people through a variety of programs to reach their best version at work.

Main responsibilities:

The role will be involved in projects and daily operations of our main areas in People & Culture, with special focus on:

  • Talent management & learning: Contribute to the implementation the annual talent management process and other talent and learning projects.
  • Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I): Support the implementation of DE&I programs, assist in organizing events or workshops, and help track Progress on DE&I goals.
  • Rewards & Performance: Support the administration of performance review & compensation cycles, compensation benchmarks, help coordinate recognition programs like "¡Bravo!" and contribute to the implementation of compensation projects.
  • People Systems & Data Management: Help maintain and update People information systems, ensure data accuracy, and assist in generating reports for various people metrics and analytics.
  • Employee Support & Engagement: Assist in people management operations, including responding to employee inquiries, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

About you

  • Soft Skills: Passion for people management topics. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating judgment, determination, and influence. Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
  • Technical skills: Basic understanding of People Management processes, analytical skills to interpret people data, project management, digital mindset and good knowledge of AI tools.
  • Mindset: Growth-oriented approach with willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare environment. Curiosity and passion for supporting people and organizational transformation.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must.
  • Education: We are open to diversity of university backgrounds, with preference for Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
  • Experience: Demonstrated previous interest in people management through internships, volunteer work or relevant projects will be a plus but it´s not mandatory.
