iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Integrated IntegratedBusiness Planning, Inventory and Performance Analyst VIE within our Manufacturing and Supply team, you’ll ensure smooth orchestration of the monthly IBP and Inventory process at GBU and Therapeutical Area level, that will allow to secure supply to the patients as well as support business growth.

We work End to End, ensuring cross-functional alignment connecting the GBU, Finance & M&S teams to build realistic 36 months plan, mitigating risks and doing the right trade-off to maximize overall performance.

The IBP (Integrated Business Planning) team will ensure adherence to process standards at the same time that will drive continuous improvement within the GBU to reach best-in-class process.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing material, through analyzing data, to support different IBP and Inventory Meetings as per GenMed IBP articulation model.
• Working closely with Inventory Lead and Product Leaders to support on E2E inventory optimization process and working for continuous improvement of the IBP process simplifying them and moving them towards more added-value process.
• Facilitate cross TA heads activities engaging with TA Heads and Product Leaders to guarantee standardization and harmonization within the GenMed team.
• Connecting with the different stakeholders and participating in relevant meeting to ensure pre-meeting alignment and readiness.
• Tracking KPIs that supports the performance monitoring, including identifying top-offenders & drivers for off-target results and support on reporting and IBP operations automation (e.g., automation of reporting).
• Performing data analysis that helps the data-driven decision process.

About you

Experience:

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferably) in Supply Chain / Commercial Operations / Demand Management / Finance.
• Strong experience in data reporting tools such a Power BI, QlikSense, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Experience in working with SAP/Kinaxis is a plus.

Education:

• Master Degree in Business Management/Engineering /Supply Chain or Logistics.

Soft and technical skills:

• Ability to conduct data-driven analysis and communicate findings.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work autonomous and in adaptable environment.
• Capacity to work transversally, and being a team-player.
• Solid knowledge of IBP process.

Languages:

• Fluent in English.
