In our Supply Planning Team we are contributing to this vision every day by building the bridge between Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply Sites and our Customers and Patients across 111 markets to ensure we supply our customers and patients with our Medicines and Vaccinations. We are a high performing team of c.2000 Supply Chain professionals with Patients and Customers at the heart of everything we do.
Main responsibilities
Responsibilities Monthly Cycle:
Define and Drive X-GBU KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in the monthly cycle for inventories, cycle time, adherence, and other critical metrics across all business units and ensure proper integration into GBU IBP process.
Prepare OneSanofi Meetings material: Support in the preparation of comprehensive materials for cross-GBU IBP meetings (OneSanofi Global Supply Review and Executive Business Review), coordinating with IBP Leads / Heads of Supply Planning /SC Performance & Supply Review Leads to support decision-making on top strategic trade-offs. This will cover 3 GBUs products, and all M&S manufacturing sites & EM&S escalations as per IBP process.
Coordinate Supply Planning Activities: Support and coordinate supply planning activities across the three business units and the External Manufacturing team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Data Analysis: Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in supply planning processes.
Reporting: Develop and distribute regular reports on supply planning performance, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Further Responsibilities:
System Enhancements: Collaborate with the Center of Excellence to propose system enhancements and participate in testing to ensure improvements meet operational need, KPIs, Sceye system, Kinaxis processes and specific developments
Prepare and run the community of users meetings (KPIs/ Kinaxis, processes, SMS2.0 ...) to push for standardization, tool adoption for the ~ 110 Supply planning users.
Performance Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations and achieve business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and communication among supply planning teams, managers, and other stakeholders to drive cohesive efforts and solutions.
Training and Development: Provide training and support to supply planning teams to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to supply planning and system enhancements (requirement definition, user testing, implementation), ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Best Practices: Share and implement best practices across business units to standardize and optimize supply planning processes and tools.
About you
Experience: You have significant experience in supply chain management, ideally within the biopharma industry. Your background includes coordinating activities across multiple business units. You have a proven record of implementing strategic initiatives and driving performance improvements at a global level.
Soft skills: You excel in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different functions and geographies is exceptional. You demonstrate high emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving skills, and uphold the highest standards of business integrity.. You have experience in training and capacity to transfer knowledge with pedagogy. Good capacity to synthesis a lot of different information in a comprehensive summary.
Technical skills: You are adept at developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for critical metrics. Your expertise includes proposing and testing system enhancements, and you are proficient in preparing materials for strategic meetings. You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in utilizing various tools and methodologies for data analysis and process improvement. Knowlegde of Kinaxis, Power BI is a must. Sceye & SAP experience is a plus.
Education: You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications such as APICS are highly advantageous and reflect your commitment to continuous professional development.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential for this role, given the global nature of the responsibilities. Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset, facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders and regions.
