希少血液疾患フランチャイズは患者中心主義の実践をリードすることを目指す組織であり、疾患と治療に関して最高の顧客体験を提供する責任を担っています。 Sanofiの使命と価値観を守りながら、製品ポートフォリオについてすべての医療関係者のパートナーとして存在することで、事業目標を達成します。

RBD HaC Sales Lead, セールスエリアマネージャーには、製品、臨床、顧客に関する高度な知識を有し、ビジネスの拡大・成長のためにチームをリードする起業家精神と意欲を持つことを期待します。

このフィールドベースのポジションでは、血友病A,B領域で,患者さんの長期予後を前提とした治療提案を行い, ​メーカーとして最も信頼される存在になることでオルツービオ、イロクテイト、オルプロリクスを必要とする患者さんに確実に届けるため、営業チームを管理・指導する責任者を務めて頂きます。 また, Digital/AIを積極的に活用した新たなビジネスモデル、メンバー全員がエリアの主人公として主体的に活躍する新しいチームの在り方を構築することにチャレンジいただきます。

主な職務

-ターゲットDrが診療させている患者さん一人ひとりに寄り添うディテーリングを基軸として展開し, ​医師と患者さんのSDMをサポートする一員として, ​顧客の行動変容を実現する治療提案を行うことできるCSAを育成する。

‐血友病A, B市場におけるマーケティングプランに合致し、エリアや顧客の状況に合わせた効果的なエリアプランを策定し,CSAに展開、実行を指示し、モニタリングを行う

‐営業部長のサポートを受け, すべてのプロモーション活動を調整し、成果を推進する。

‐疾患と製品認知度の現状を捉え, 早期診断と患者の包括的ケアを促進するため、医師や医療専門家との疾患啓発を確実に行う。

-市場に関する重要な洞察と現場からのフィードバックをマーケティングチームとリーダーシップチームに提供する。

‐業界最高クラスの顧客サービスを促進するため、CSAに権限移譲を行いつつ緊密に調整する。 この結果としてより効果的で効率的なオムニチャネルアプローチ(GtM)を確立する。

‐関連するCRMツールの専門知識を深める。営業チームによるCRMツールの遵守された

利用を保証し、効果的な使用に対する説明責任を果たす。

‐臨床データ、疾患教育、診断、製品情報、販売スキル、市場動向に関する専門知識を活用し、チームのパフォーマンスをコーチングし推進する。

‐個別に建設的なフィードバックとコーチングを提供することにより、チームのパフォーマンスを管理する。 販売とチームのパフォーマンスを最大化するために、明確な方向性を示し、コミュニケーションを図り、CSAを訓練し、指導し、鼓舞し、責任を持たせる。

‐CSAと共に顧客を訪問し、営業効果を確認する。

‐組織能力を向上させ、将来のリーダーを育成するために、IDPに沿った開発的な任務を与える。

‐戦略的・戦術的目標のアイデア創出と実行をサポートするため、データ/システム/手順のレビューと分析を行う。

‐高度なビジネス洞察力を発揮し、分析を活用して地域の業績と可能性を評価する。

‐効果的な定期ミーティングを組織し、実行する。

‐自身のPTWに基づく行動規範を示し, CSAにも同様の行動変容を起こす。

‐すべての会社方針と法規制ガイドラインを管理し、遵守する。

‐サノフィのコアバリューを守り、模範とする。

必須経験及び資格

‐学士の学位必須、できればライフサイエンスまたはビジネスの分野

‐製薬/ヘルスケア業界での最低10年以上の経験、または同等の経験

‐5-7年以上の製薬/バイオテクノロジー業界での営業経験(スペシャリティセールスを含む)。

‐フィールドベースのリーダーシップ経験を有し、営業実績を示した経験

‐希少疾患製品または複雑な特殊製品の上市経験

‐営業およびマーケティングのクロスファンクショナルチームの経験

‐専門薬局、診療報酬サービス、看護サービス、専門代理店など、患者および医療機関へのサポートサービスの調整経験

‐ネイティブレベルの日本語力

‐主要市場およびグローバルブランドチームとのコミュニケーションをベストプラクティスの共有や学習に取り組む姿勢。

‐50~80%の出張が可能な方

‐運転免許証

‐有効なMR認定資格

望ましい資格:

‐ビジネス/臨床/科学におけるMBAまたはMasterの学位があれば尚可

‐リーダーシップ経験

‐セールスローンチ経験者優遇

‐希少血液疾患領域での営業経験

‐血友病の過去の歴史を理解し, 診療連携ネットワークとの協働を推進することができる

‐洞察力を活かし、現地での実行に向けた戦略を適応させる高度なデータ分析スキル

‐高度な商業的ビジネス感覚、戦略的思考力、批判的思考力/問題解決能力、革新的思考能力
