【教育背景】2026或2027年毕业研究生或本科生，专业不限，医药类专业优先考虑，MBA优先。
【岗位职责】
1. 外部数据收集、市场调研与竞争情报支持（非涉密数据）
- 通过公开渠道持续追踪市场趋势、竞品动态、行业政策及最新数据披露
- 通过公开渠道定期完成外部潜力排摸、政策更新等公开披露信息收集
- 协助进行市场分析及洞察,撰写市场简报和数据分析报告
- 为团队决策提供及时的外部信息支持
2. 项目流程管理与系统跟进
- 负责内部流程的日常跟进和状态监控
- 协助确保各项目节点按时完成审批,保障业务流程顺畅运转
3. 市场活动与会议支持
- 协助筹备和执行市场活动及内部会议
- 负责会议资料准备、现场协调等执行工作（非涉密）
- 支持活动后的数据整理和效果评估（非涉密）
4. 日常行政事务处理
- 协助团队管理处理团队日常行政事务,提升团队运营效率
- 协助文档管理、材料归档等基础性工作
5. 每周实习4-5个工作日，能连续实习6个月。
【任职要求】
1. 较强的学习能力、良好的沟通、协调和合作能力。
2. 熟练应用office软件Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint具备一定的数据分析能力,擅长设计和制作PowerPoint，能熟练掌握更多办公和媒体制作软件更佳。
3. 良好的英语听写能力。
