As Trade KAM Institutions within our Specialty Care team, you'll be the primary point of contact for key public healthcare customers, driving strategic partnerships and ensuring optimal access to life-changing treatments. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives for public key accounts and build strong business partnerships with key stakeholders including purchasing committees, pharmacists, and supply departments

• Develop and implement commercial strategies per product and key account in coordination with cross-functional teams across business units

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure profitable access of Sanofi products and optimize resource allocation

• Track and report stock levels and consumption of key products to drive performance and minimize expired returns

• Support new product launches and ensure timely supply and deliveries to public accounts in collaboration with distributors

• Maintain accurate product and market knowledge while ensuring full adherence to internal procedures and compliance standards

• Build effective cross-functional partnerships to accelerate business growth and position Sanofi as a strategic partner

About you

Experience: must have minimum 3 to 5 years of proven commercial experience delivering results through business-to-business partnerships and negotiation in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors

Soft and technical skills: Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities; strategic planning and execution; analytical mindset with excellent Microsoft Office skills; ability to influence relationships across matrix structures; business acumen with forecasting capabilities

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy - Physician)

Languages: Arabic and English (full professional proficiency)
