l 通过参加E-Learning及面对面授课，完成产品知识、专业推广技巧、区域管理的培训及考核，同时通过导师及地区经理的行为纪律评分
l 了解公司文化，掌握公司合规政策，SOP及推广活动的相关行为规范
l 在导师或地区经理的陪同下，拜访客户，准确传递产品信息
l 收集市场信息，按时提交相关报告
l 参与所在团队的周会或月会
l 协助团队及同事完成其他与产品推广相关的工作
