🔍 培训完成情况巡查
• 定期监控和统计各部门员工培训完成率
• 识别培训逾期或未完成情况,及时提醒相关人员
• 生成培训完成情况报告和数据分析
• 协助跟进培训计划的执行进度
🤝 培训体系支持
• 辅助QA团队优化和完善培训管理流程
• 参与培训需求调研和培训计划制定
• 协助组织和协调培训活动的开展
• 支持培训效果评估和持续改进工作
