职责：负责赛诺菲-DBU 重庆，陕西，宁夏 区域市场的一系列工作：

1：市场规划：洞察市场数据，通过内外部市场数据的汇总分析，得出市场增长点，同时通过合理分配整合资源，搭建会议平台，推动DBU产品不断提升市场份额；

2：高效运营：细分市场活动，建立KOL维护库，定期拜访KOL，传递产品优势，专业互动，培养讲者，匹配合适的学术会议，推动业务团队高效执行各类学术会议；

3：激励共赢：高效的跨部门合作，尤其是RM，DM以及和中央市场，RAM部门的合作互动，培训员工疾病领域和产品知识，定期分享市场数据并帮助业务团队设定提升市场份额方案；

4：自我提升：不断提升自我疾病领域知识和产品知识，提升自我沟通技巧，发挥榜样的力量。

要求：既往有过RMM工作经验至少1年以上，或者DM工作经验至少2年以上，至少本科学历，外企候选人优先考虑。
