Each tailored to provide specialized training and experience in key areas of our business. Whether you're driven by digital innovation, passionate about business operations, or eager to support critical corporate functions, these tracks are designed to align with your strengths and ambitions, giving you the freedom to chart your own path to success.

    Business Track

    Everything you need to know about our Graduate Program

    Who you are

    Our Graduate Program is open to recent graduates who have completed their university degree. If you are under 30 and
    have graduated within the last three years, you are eligible to apply.

    How can apply?

    Click on “View Opportunities” at the top of this page to explore our available positions within each track. Choose the role
    that best suits your passion and skills, and submit your application.

    What’s the selection timeline?

    Our selection process starts in April. Throughout the entire process, we will keep you informed every step of the way, from
    application to final decision. Please note that the program starts in October.

    What happens after I apply?

    Once you apply, you’ll receive updates on the next steps. This includes assessments and interviews. Stay tuned for updates and reach out if you need any help.

    Can international candidates join the program?

    Yes, international candidates are welcome. Please make sure that your bachelor's or master's degree is recognized in Europe and that you have the legal right and documentation to work here. Please note that we offer a full-time apprentice contract with Sanofi directly (no university agreement).
